Production Blog: Filming Blog: finishing

 We have finished filming. there were many challenges faced but i got through them. I think that my favorite part of the project is the filming. I like the filming because i get to be like the director and it is fun. I did not think that it would be as fun as it was to direct but i found myself having fun while doing it. after the last time when i filmed the scenes of chad and Jason, it was time to get me and Sebastian into the scenes. i did that by putting chad at the camera when he was not in the shot. because the whole project will be like 2 minutes, we have a lot of extra time that we filmed. this is an easy fix because i can edit it so that the scenes get to the point and don't waste time. after filming i realized i like our filming spot a lot because of the way we were able to film around the conflict and get certain shots. we did have to pick our spots very carefully because it may look weird if the scene is next to something like a playground. that being said we went to the remote part of the park so there was no people to bother us. there were challenges. lighting was a problem at some points. we also had top search a while for perfect spots. this was not that big of a problem though. we did take a lot of time to film. that was ok because we wanted to get it right. one thing i know is that we did not rush. looking at what we filmed i can say i am satisfied.

 After research. I am now ready to start planning on what the commercial will look like. there are questions I need to ask myself. for example. were will we film. what will be our backup plan. If we are outside. were will we go if it rains. certain things need to be looked at. for the question of were we film. I think we will film out at the field/track. are backup plan for if it will rain is we will go inside the class and try to film in here. Since it is a Nike commercial. we will focus our commercial on a sport. the sport will be soccer, track, or football. I have played soccer and football so I have a few ideas for what could happen in the commercial. if we do soccer we will need a soccer ball. if we do football we will need a football. But. if we do track, we don't need anything but shoes. still in the process of figuring it out. we will get it figured out.

Final changes Blog

This has been a long project. there has been ups and down. when looking back at my project there were issues. the issues have been fixed. i am now done with the project. as long as everything stays the same and nothing major happens. i liked this project that i made. it was very interactive with my life outside of school which was new. i got to do it with my friends. we all had a great time making this film. i have said that editing is my favorite part of the project. filming may be my favorite now. i acted as a director for our film and i felt that i did a good job. my group was great because we all had something for the group that was beneficial. the final change i made was for some of the scenes. i had to re film them because of the way they came out. that was easy because there was only like 2 that needed to be re done. i feel our group's skills have dramatically improved over the year and i know the project will show it. knowing some of the main filming terms helps when you ac...
